I’m launching something new. It’s a podcast!

The newsletter is where I’ll share what I’m learning as I build my business, figure things out, and try to make it all work. The podcast completes the newsletter, it’s where I talk to people about how they built their careers and companies, the hard parts of getting started, and how they kept going when things felt impossible.

I first met Charis in 2017 when I was building another startup of mine, a solution similar to OpenTable. I remember he was one of the people who encouraged me to keep going, to pursue the path of entrepreneurship, and to focus on getting better, one step at a time. That stuck with me.

Charis is a tech veteran, entrepreneur, and author of Leadeer. Super excited about his first book -it’s filled with a lot wisdom and I highly recommend it. You can purchase it here.  He’s worked at Google and Microsoft, founded and exited two startups, and studied at ESADE, Georgetown, and executive programs at Harvard, INSEAD, LBS, and more. He’s passionate about leadership, innovation, and helping others grow.

A few words about me

I’m Irina Constantin - entrepreneur, educator, and avid reader with over a decade of experience in the tech industry. I’m the CEO and co-founder of VAUNT, a bootstrapped, profitable pro-tech startup transforming how residential developers sell properties worldwide.

I started my entrepreneurial journey at 21, founding a software development agency focused on B2B and B2C products. Today, I’m building VAUNT into the operating system of the residential industry. In 2024, over 73 developers actively use our platform to manage more than $1 billion worth of properties.

I’m passionate about leveraging technology to solve real estate challenges and committed to building solutions that create lasting impact. My work has earned me recognition, including being named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list in 2022.
