New Podcast Ep., Coffee in NY & Letting go

Hello,

I’ve just published a new episode of the “From 0 to 100M” podcast and this time I’m interviewing a friend and fellow startup builder, Kyle Ferguson

Kyle is the Co-founder and Head of Sales and Marketing at Ideal Rev, a company that helps small construction companies grow faster by contracting part-time sales reps, freelance marketers, and HR professionals.

Tune in to learn more about how he started the business, what role luck plays in his work, habits and routines that help him stay grounded and set himself up for success. We touch on mindset shifts, building strong relations, giving more than you take, cold outreach, hiring and of course - real estate marketing.

In the Built World: Coffee Chat

On March 26, I am organizing the third “In the Built World” event in New York. This time, I want  to bring together founders, builders and operators in real estate and tech for an honest conversation about trends and the realities shaping our built world. If you’d like to join, please make sure to register. Participation is free.

Are you ready to let go of control?

Instead of asking yourself how AI could help you today, what emails you could write with it or what research it could facilitate, what if you asked this instead: “Which tasks you’re doing today could AI fully take over so you wouldn’t need to be involved at all?” I’m curious about your answers.
