I started out this newsletter because when I researched what does the process or journey look like behind the scenes of doing great things, the information wasn’t really there. So this my way to document my own journey.

A couple of fun facts about me

I’m the CEO & co-founder of VAUNT , a tech startup dedicated to helping residential developers streamline their sales process worldwide. Our goal? To become the operating system of the residential industry—and we’re getting there fast. In 2024 alone, 73+ developers are using Vaunt to manage $1B+ in properties.

But before Vaunt, I lived many lives.

✨ At 5 years old, I watched movies filmed in NYC and told myself, one day, my company’s office will be in one of those skyscrapers.

✨ My first love was music. I played in bands, performed on stage, and obsessed over how to make money from art.

✨ As a teenager, I created and sold gaming skins and assets—landing my first job from my portfolio.

✨ I studied AI/ML before it was trendy because I believed in its power early on. I delayed my graduation—not because I dropped out, but because I was running a company.

✨ At 19, I became the youngest employee at a major gaming company.

✨ At 22, I started my first company—building before startups were “cool.”

✨ I closed my first complex software deal with just a PowerPoint and a good story. ✨ I was terrified of public speaking. (Not anymore.)

✨ In 2017, I was a lifestyle content creator and worked with top influencers to grow their brands.

✨ I built Romania’s first in-app restaurant reservation system. It hit national TV and got 1K downloads in five minutes. Then it flopped—but that’s a story for another time. ✨ I’m a Forbes 30 Under 30 alum (2022).

✨ I bootstrapped Vaunt with my amazing team—and we won’t stop until we become the global OS for real estate.
